Prepare Windows Installer before running the Gnos installation.

What you'll need

• Download Gnos (the example below pins a specific build; use the current release)
  • e.g., https://cdn.gnos.mapdojo.com/release/GnosServer23.0.0.msi
• SQL Server database that can be accessed by your user account with ddladmin role so that it can create the tables for configuration and logging
