Provision a Gnos environment

Situation

An administrator needs a GeoNetwork catalogue on the Windows infrastructure their organisation already runs.

Outcome

The Gnos PowerShell module provisions the environment, Tomcat, Elasticsearch, IIS and GeoNetwork security from configuration, and the catalogue is ready for metadata.
